"Before WIN came into the picture, we were going to drop our registration. It was too much work, and we didn’t know what to do next. WIN helped us build our appendices and told us where to sign. I highly recommend employers go through WIN, they streamline the process and handle all the logistics on the back, so you don’t need to understand all the details."

The WIN Intermediary will act as the liaison between the employer and USDOL providing updates as needed, negotiating all necessary changes/adjustments to the appendixes, and notifying the employer upon completion.

Once certified, the WIN Intermediary will track the apprenticeship program on behalf of the employer by entering the company and apprentice information into the USDOL's database, tracking the apprentices’ progress through on-the-job training, education, and wage bumps, train apprentices and managers on the use of the Workhands software maintain all records, conduct USDOL audits, share current Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Plan regulations while maintaining necessary records to be in compliance.
